These cookies/malwares made chrome redirect to that page even when i wasn't on that router which initially had fooled me into believing that the router was fine.įirst, I went to C:\Users\Anmol\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\default (spyhunter 4 had reported a malware inside this) and deleted the entire folder as i couldn't locate the malicious cookie. As a result of this browsers were redirected to certain sites which downloaded cookies into my computer which also were infected. I found that my router was the main cause for this issue as it was infected with a malware which changed my DNS addresses to malicious servers. I would like to stress upon a few things WHICH I NOTICED FROM MY CASE and IT MAY OR MAY NOT BE SAME FOR ALL.
GUYS! MY LAPTOP IS FREE FROM THIS ERROR SINCE THE PAST DAY! NO TRACE OF ANYTHING!
